WOMEN -- The fastest growing segment of new golfers

According to the National Golf Foundation WOMEN are the fastest growing segment of new golfers, with more than 6 million female golfers in the United States. Rodney Green, director of golf at Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club in Florida, has seen a sharp increase in the number of women participating in both individual lessons and group clinics at his club over the last few years. Why is there such a growth?  My opinion--women are wising up on personal health, fitness and business networking!
